Spring Running Club

Join us Wednesday mornings to start your day with a run outside and/or yoga conditioning. This is ideal for students eager to grow in their running skills. We will focus on developing a strong running pace, form, and proper stretching techniques. We’ll start with about a 1-mile run and then gradually add on more mileage. The season will culminate with the Colfax 5K run in May. Running is more fun with friends- so gather all your friends and sign up!

Dates & Times:
Starts April 3 and meets on 4/10, 4/17, 4/24, 5/1, 5/8, 5/15. Ends at our Race on 5/18.

Eligible Grades: 5th – 8th

NO REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED AFTER SIGNING UP UNLESS THE CLUB IS CANCELLED FOR LOW ENROLLMENT.
